1.      Am I grateful for what I have in my life and am I showing gratitude to others?

2.      Am I taking time out of my day to sit and self-reflect and meditate? How is it affecting my mindset.

3.      How am I reacting to negative thoughts and negative actions of others towards me?

4.      Have I been taking time out of my day to exercise, if so, what changes have you noticed?

5.      During times of self-reflection do I focus on pure thoughts or am I worrying about the future?

6.      What can I do to be a more compassionate person to myself and others around me?

7.      Am I holding onto any resentments and if so how can I work to let them go ?
